We were pleasantly surprised by the fine appointments in your hotel. We loved staying there. We wished we had tried dinner at your restaurant. We did have breakfast and lunch though. The salad was perfection. We loved the hand held shower. We loved the wood and brass decor. Our bedroom was small but the bathroom was roomy. Room 304 We loved being close to Reynolds Square. Thank you for a lovely two nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Victoria was an absolute blessing to us during our stay- we had a problem that was out of the hotels control and yet she made sure everything was taken care of to the best of her ability. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The hotel ambiance is fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel has such a great vibe and very cool interior. Love all the old tile!! The staff was extremely nice starting Victoria who called to see what time I planned to arrive so they could try to have my room available early. She then called back to let me know when it was ready. Candice at valet was very welcoming upon arrival. While there be sure to enjoy drinks and food in the lobby bar!

Loved my stay at Municipal Grand. The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps from historic streets, beautiful parks lined with live oaks and Spanish moss, boutique shopping, and no shortage of great cafés, including excellent spots right across the street and inside the hotel. The room was spotless. I’m particular about cleanliness and quality, and this place delivered. Heavy, ultra-clean linens, real materials throughout, and nothing that felt flimsy or decorative. Everything had that solid, well-built feel, like the thump of a Mercedes door. If you know, you know. The service was warm, natural, and genuinely kind. True Southern hospitality. I can’t wait to come back.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in I think municipal grand has been my favorite. Our king room was very clean. I always check the mattress and behind the head of the mattress and this was the most clean hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! This room was cleaner than other boutique hotels and even high end hotels so shout out to the cleaning team. I also want to say thank you for using mattress protectors!! This is a huge deal to me because pest are inevitable with high traffic cities and it allows me as the guest to check for them and to assess for room cleanliness. I also want to give a shout out to Candela the front desk supervisor. She is lovely. She answered all my questions, was so kind, and so patient. She deserves all the praise (and maybe a raise idk) she goes above and beyond and is a wonderful first impression and face of municipal grand. I have no doubt that if we ran in to any problems during our stay she would have addressed them immediately in a prompt and professional manner. We enjoyed our stay, keep up the good work :)

We had the best girls trip staying at Municipal Grand. I stayed in the large king suite, and it ended up being the perfect gathering spot for our group — spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and get ready together without feeling crowded. The hotel itself is stunning. We loved the thoughtful nods to its historic bank roots paired with beautifully curated design details throughout. The craft cocktail welcome drinks were such a fun, elevated touch and really set the tone for the weekend. We enjoyed drinks at Hot Eye and drinks and apps at Municipal Bar — both were fantastic. Service was excellent across the board, and the food and beverage program did not disappoint. The rooftop views were gorgeous (even if it wasn’t quite warm enough for a swim!), and the location is unbeatable for exploring the historic district on foot. In a city with so many hotel options, this one truly stands out.

I coordinated a room block at The Municipal Grand with Lindsey, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure that each person in our group had the room they wanted, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Lindsey also provided fantastic recommendations for our weekend in Savannah, which truly elevated the experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, the patio was superb and a perfect gathering spot, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Despite having to make last-minute changes due to a family emergency, the team at The Municipal Grand was incredibly accommodating and compassionate, handling everything with grace and still making the weekend feel special for all of us. A must-stay in Savannah—I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had an AMAZING time. Start to finish, the staff went out of their way to take care of us. Even calling ahead of time to see if they could assist with check in or valet. The hotel itself was super cool, refurbished from an old bank / offices, keeping the original architecture. The main lobby had a restaurant/ bar that was top notch. The basement had a very popular “speak easy” Our room had hardwood floors, beautiful finishings with everything you would need. I actually utilized the in room snacks / bar because the prices were surprisingly reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Hope to be back soon.
